In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Ghanshyam Dass of BJP won in this constituency beating Dilbag Singh of INLD by a margin of 1,455 votes which was 00.97% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Ghanshyam Dass of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Dilbagh Singh of INLD by a margin of 28,245 votes which was 18.24% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Dilbagh Singh of INLD won this seat defeating Devinder Chawla of INC by a margin of 13,573 votes which was 12.02% of the total votes polled for the seat.
