In 2014, Karan Singh Dalal of INC was the winner in this seat beating Deepak Mangla of BJP by a margin of 5,642 votes which was 3.69% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Subhash Choudhary of INLD won this seat defeating Karan Singh Dalal of INC by a margin of 6,672 votes which was 5.99% of the total votes polled for the seat.
