In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Kuldeep Bishnoi of INC won in this constituency beating Sonali Phogat of BJP by a margin of 29,471 votes which was 23.92% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Kuldeep Bishnoi of HJCBL was the winner in this seat beating Kulveer Singh Beniwal of INLD by a margin of 17,249 votes which was 14.3% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Kuldeep Bishnoi of HJCBL won this seat defeating Jai Prakash of INC by a margin of 6,015 votes which was 5.71% of the total votes polled for the seat.
